Man Utd at home to Stoke ~ Team News
2012-01-30 19:08:50

Man Utd (from):
De Gea, Lindegaard, Amos, Smalling, Rafael, Ferdinand, Evra, Jones, Evans, Fabio, Fryers, Cole, Carrick, Scholes, Pogba, M Keane, Valencia, Park, Giggs, Rooney, Welbeck, Berbatov, Hernandez.

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson rates Rio Ferdinand as the most likely of his injured stars to be available for Tuesday's Barclays Premier League encounter with Stoke.

Ferdinand was on the bench at Liverpool on Saturday despite having had only one training session prior to the Anfield defeat following a back problem.

Wayne Rooney and Phil Jones (both ankle) may come into contention but Nani (foot) will miss out.
Stoke (from):
Sorensen, Begovic, Wilkinson, Huth, Shawcross, Wilson, Pennant, Delap, Palacios, Etherington, Crouch, Walters, Shotton, Upson, Diao, Jones, Whitehead, Whelan, Woodgate, Fuller, Higginbotham, Jerome.

Matthew Etherington is a doubt for Stoke after suffering a groin injury in the FA Cup win over Derby.

Mamady Sidibe (knee) is a long-term absentees but apart from those manager Tony Pulis has virtually a full squad to choose from.

Jermaine Pennant may start after coming off the bench against Derby to inspire the victory.
